Home Comfort Plan
$375.00/Year
Includes the following:
- Yearly tune-up and inspection of your heating system with repair or replacement of listed parts, labor included. A licensed technician will completely review your heating system to insure maximum efficiency.
- 24-hour coverage for NO HEAT service calls. Non-emergency service calls are covered during our standard operating hours only.
Water Parts/Plumbing Upgrade
$215.00 Additional/Year
Includes everything in the Home Comfort Plan as well as:
- Boiler water related parts.
- Labor is billed at our regular rates (no overtime, holiday, or weekend surcharges).
- 24-hour coverage for emergency water pump service, plumbing, and air conditioning at our regular hourly rates
