A Note to Our Valued Customers,

Sometimes you can’t escape having service work done in your home or business. We here at Houle’s want to let you know what we are doing in response to the COVID-19 situation.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees and our community is our top priority. We continue to monitor recommendations from the CDC and we have taken the following precautionary steps. These steps may be modified as the situation progresses:

Our Staff
  • First, we are requiring any employee who is feeling unwell, be it a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or unusual malaise to NOT report for work.
  • In addition to advising frequent hand washing with soap, our field technicians have been provided a supply of gloves, disinfecting wipes and sanitizer.
  • Lastly, if you or someone in your home or business is unwell, or has been exposed to someone who is unwell, please let the office staff or the technician know so that we may take the appropriate precautions.

Your Home or Business
When providing indoor service calls, our technicians have been instructed to maintain social distancing protocols, use hand sanitizer prior to entering your home or business and to wear gloves as much as possible. Gloves are to be disposed of prior to the next service call. If at any time you wish to reschedule a planned service or installation appointment, please call our Service Department at 207-872-6762 and Jamie or Gina will happily work to accommodate your needs.

Our Store and Office
We are committed to providing a safe environment for our customers and staff. Our store and offices are professionally cleaned during the week, and we are supplementing those cleanings every day using methods recommended by public health authorities. As such, we have amended our store hours to 8am to 4pm. If you have technical or billing questions, we ask that you please reach out to us by phone at 207-872-6762 and we can put you in touch with the right person, either by phone or through email. We know many of you enjoy visiting our friendly office staff to pay your bill. However, we encourage you to please make payments by credit card over the phone, or to mail in your payment by check.

We will do our part to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, and as the situation continues to evolve, we will amend and adjust these policies.
